Center console storage isn’t as convenient as the CR-V’s, but there’s a useful shelf built into the instrument panel in front of the driver’s seat.
Cargo space behind the RAV4’s 60/40 split rear seats totals 37.6 cu. The RAV4 Hybrid’s battery doesn’t cut into that capacity, but the RAV4 Prime plug-in’s cargo space is smaller, measuring 33.5 cu.ft. Maximum volume for all versions of the RAV4 is 69.8 cu.ft.
