Made from the finest Australian aluminum castings, the Space: Maker Slimline™ Triple Track is designed to suit a variety of configurations and applications.
Concealed Convex Roller – A roller with a large diameter of 41mm with a strong galvanized metal adjustment bracket, retracted and hidden under the door, ensures quiet operation and allows a square adjustment made by turning white once to come out.
At the same time, the solid bottom rib and V-grooved bottom track provide strength and durability, eliminating roller side, resulting in smooth operation.

We recommend using mirrors or tinted glass on Slimline doors. It is recommended that the width should not exceed 850mm and the height should not exceed 2400mm. The main advantage of these doors is the small space they use in the standard range of cabinets, but there is some Flex inside the doors to make them smaller and the best way to avoid problems.

This door was originally designed for an enclosed space with two open doors. The narrow three-way 86mm system was chosen to save a lot of space in the cloakroom and bedroom.
Sliding Door Hardware & Accessories
This three-way narrow system is available for owners who want to convert two large open doors into sliding doors. The old steel frame was kept and we made a custom door to fit this space and give more space in the bedroom.
As you can see from this photo, the three doors can be pushed to one side, giving a lot of space inside the wardrobe. There is no large 820mm door opening in the room. The owner also used the elfa system to create a new internal device, which allowed the owner to create a functional storage system for his daughter.
These doors are specially designed for customers who are renovating old houses and old clothes that need changing.

It was meant to be our bedroom makeover but the bi-fold closet doors in the guest bedroom prevented us from accessing much needed storage space.
We want to think about turning the bifold door to slide the closet door, and we need a budget.
I searched the internet but all the numbers I liked were hundreds of dollars. This was not an option for me, so I did it.
How To Replace Bi Fold Closet Doors With Sliding Ones
By adding PVC molding, sliding door tracks and wheels, we’ve created a sliding door that takes the room to the next level.
I’m no stranger when it comes to making wardrobe doors. In the small stone house, I made one out of a vintage door and added a mirror.
Let’s start with the bi-fold doors. It doesn’t look very good (even if it does) and we can’t use all the storage space in the closet, ready to move out.

We wanted a new sliding door in the guest room for a classic look so I went with a flat interior door panel and free PVC construction to create a look.
Before I start to cut or have, I need to put a PVC mold on the door to create my design.
Then I did some measuring… a lot of measuring and math to figure out where to put the mold.
How To Transform Your Sliding Closet Doors Into Hinged Doors
This measurement is probably the most difficult and time consuming part of the whole project. It is important to do this correctly, but do not skip this step.
The first step is to install PVC around the door. I placed the two long pieces along the long side of the door and used a pair of scissors to cut and fit the two smaller pieces at the top and bottom of the door.
The perimeter components are all attached to the side of the door. For the bottom of the door measure 1 inch from the bottom corner, across the entire width of the door.

This is a necessary step to allow the door to slide into the floor guide and not fit the width of the door.
I wanted 4 panels, which means 3 cross sections. First I cut and placed the middle part. Then I found the middle between the bottom rib and the middle rib and cut it and put the next part.
After cutting, installing and placing all the PVC pieces, I checked the area and measurements, and started gluing with heavy duty glue.
Custom Wardrobe 1.2m 1.5m
I started at the perimeter and put a thin bead of glue on each part. I then used a brad pin in several places on each piece to hold the strips in place.
When the perimeter is finished I will have and nail 3 cross sections. Before I measured and painted the first door, I built the second door. Since I did all the math, this is pretty quick.
After the two doors were built, I selected both sides of each door with the same paint that was used on all the doors and cut them out.

To hang the doors I installed sliding door tracks on the cabinet openings and door rollers on each door.
After hanging the door, I installed the floor guide. To top it all off, I added some decorative pieces to the cabinet rails to hide them.
I still haven’t been able to install the cabinet handles. Maybe one day down the road it will happen but I like the clean look.

One thing to note is the thickness of the door, and the PVC coating for the construction, before installing it. Because our doors are thicker than normal, we had to use some rollers to keep them from touching when they were installed. This is the roller I used.
