Benjamin Moore White Dove is another popular shade from Benjamin Moore. When you look at Simply White vs White Dove, you see the same things. Both whites are in OC (aka the Off-White collection). Both shades are warm whites, but not as warm.
As you can see in the image below, the White Dove is slightly darker with an LRV of 85.4. It’s more of a gray color, with Simply White carrying more yellow, but only a touch.
First, let’s look at Simply White next to another popular white polish from the same brand, Benjamin Moore Chantilly Lace (OC-65). It is clean, white, and slightly clean. Simply White’s LRV 91.7 is slightly darker than Chantilly Lace (LRV 92.2).

Sherwin Williams’ Pure White has an LRV of 84, which is darker than Simply White.
Pure White has a gray undertone that gives the shade a better quality that Simply White doesn’t have. Simply White will appear warmer and richer than Pure White.
