Heavy goods must be shipped separately by ground freight (transport companies: Fedex Freight, Yellow Freight). Generally, bulk items will arrive within 2-8 full business days of leaving the warehouse. Larger items will leave the warehouse within 2 to 3 full business days. We cannot offer expedited shipping for larger items. The delivery company will contact you by phone to schedule a delivery date and time window. In general, the delivery takes at least four hours and an adult must be present to accept, inspect and sign for the delivery. The item will be delivered to your designated shipping address. The delivery company is not responsible for loading the goods from the truck or transporting the goods to the site. Your bag will be heavy and bulky; Therefore, we recommend that you have someone with you to pick up the product from the truck and carry it inside. Total cost includes lift gate service, inbound delivery and removal of cartons.

We want you to be completely satisfied with every item you purchase. If youare not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 15 or 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, less shipping. Items must be in good condition, in original boxes, and with all documentation, parts and accessories to ensure full credit. Items will not be accepted for any reason after 15 or 30 days. You are responsible for all shipping costs. Because we discount overseas shipping for our customers, our actual shipping costs are usually higher than what you pay for your online order. Discounts may vary depending on order size and final destination.
We do not accept returns for excess costs on moldings and other accessories and unused products such as foam underlay and glue.
All items marked Special Order comply with our Special Order Express Return Policy. A 25% restocking fee is charged to customers for all special order express returns/exchanges. Original shipping charges, sales tax and handling charges are non-refundable. The customer must return the product to us at their own expense to be eligible for a refund.

Floor Factory will make all reasonable efforts to replace damaged or missing items as specified in the document you signed when receiving the order. No claim will be allowed without such a reference. You must store all damaged items and prepare them for pickup. If you make a claim for damaged goods and we do not have the damaged goods, you will be paid for the replacement goods and the shipping to bring them to you. If you cancel an order, you will be charged the original shipping, return shipping and applicable restocking fees.
