Tarte Blush For Olive Skin

Tarte Blush For Olive Skin – This beauty has been around for years, but I thought I’d throw my two cents in the mix! I am a self-proclaimed drug addict. My first makeup was blush, and Tarte Amazon Clay blushes are neck and neck with NARS blushes as my all-time favorite. When these were first released, all the shades were matte. Due to their popularity, the color range has been expanded, and now includes a beautiful shimmer shade! The three shades I have to review today are Highlighted, Natural Beauty and Happy Basic Matte.

Starting with the packaging, I love that each mist is colored, so it’s easy to find what you want if you have a small shade. Each compact is strong and attractive

It is not closed. Don’t worry about opening your makeup bag here! It also includes a large mirror. I don’t think I’ll ever need to use it, but it’s a great item if you need makeup on the go.

Tarte Amazonian Clay 12 Hour Blush Review

My favorite thing about the packaging is that they make the blush pan super easy to store! The collection has a small hole in the back that can be used to push the pan with paperclips, hair, etc. The pan itself is not magnetic but will stick to any palette you have. The collection itself has magnets around the bottom so the pan can be easily changed since the palette can be changed once to save space for travel when needed. Personally I think this is my favorite part of the product (is that a shame?) and I wish all products did it!

Formula wise, this is an amazing product. I find all three to be very pigmented and easy to blend. Even a matte shade like the one I have here has a great effect on the surface that blends well with the natural skin tone and protects against glare. Shimmery light shades are also great for older women who care to emphasize fine lines. Natural Beauty is so colorful that I found a way to dress it up without looking like a clown. I think this would be perfect for someone with very dark skin that has a hard time turning it into a highlighter!

A standout ingredient in this blend is Amazonian clay, which Tarte says helps absorb excess oil from oily skin types and nourishes dry skin types. I see this as a minor problem

, especially without any real medical testing behind it. If you look closely at the ingredients, the only clay listed is kaolin. Maybe some kind of kaolin they find on Amazon is good? I can’t say for sure. Kaolin clay is often used in the treatment of oily skin or acne. Keep in mind that it is listed relatively low on the ingredients list so there is a small amount of clay in the formula. My skin type ranges from oily to more on the dry/dry side and I haven’t felt any side effects while wearing this product.

The Best Peach Blushes For A Fair Or Pale Skin Tone

Best wishes aside, I find these trees last a long time. I don’t feel like I’m on my way out. Ananda is the lightest of the three. After about 8 hours of wear I start to see some fading, but the other two are a little darker and stay strong until I take my makeup off (sometimes up to 10 hours). I haven’t tried the full 12 hours, but I recommend it be longer.

The appearance is dark brown. It can also double as a bronzer or a light pink color for fairer skin. I think it works best for medium to dark skin tones. At first I thought it might be compared to MAC Gingerly, but Gingerly is orange and has a dark undertone. If you want to see a comparison, let me know in the comments!

Natural Beauty is a shade of watermelon red. It’s one of those things that you can apply very lightly on the apples of your cheeks and get that “I’m in a cold zone” look. I think it works for all skin types, but you may want to avoid it if your skin is very red. Light skin should be treated lightly as it is highly pigmented. I like to put a dark stain on the product, then dust it off my hands before I use it. I look like a fool again!

Tarte Blush For Olive Skin

Joy is the central chord. This is the mess I reach for when I don’t know what else to use, and it’s my go-to for brides with fair skin. For fair skin like mine I find it gives a nice glow, which is naturally very flattering. I like to think of it as a pigmented version of the NARS finish minus the glitz. I think it works on everything but dark brown.

I Found My Favorite Blush Combo

If you can’t tell, I love you! The texture is good, the color is good, and it has a lot of shadows with different distances. You get more products which help balance the higher price. I’m not sure if the Amazon clay works as well for the product, but it does last a long time. Another big thing for me is that it’s so easy to transfer from one blush to another in the palette, and even more fun is that you can go back and forth without breaking the pack. First! I think women (and men) of all sizes and skin types will be able to find their best glow from this brand. When it comes to cleansing products, I’m very loyal to a few – one of which is Tarte. Tarte blushes are my favorite for different reasons: the shade range is huge, there are matte and matte options, and they are highly pigmented and last all day (with the name of the product collection “12 Hour Blush”). Their color is formulated without parabens and phthalates and contains Amazonian clay and vitamin E.

I recently used a Sephora gift card or two that I saved up to stock up on some Tarte products and I wanted to show off some of my favorite shades.

For reference, I have fair skin with cool complexions so these are the shades that work best for me. And ignore the packaging colors! I find that the colors of the packaging don’t really match the color of the blush.

The shade names in the swatch above are, from left to right, Red Bride, Natural Beauty, Fun, Happy and Dollface. On the Tarte website, they often have different shades for different skin types (they even have a way to try them on), so that gives you a good idea of what it will look like. How about you?

Best Blush For Fair Skin: Top 8 Shades To Look Your Best

Tarte’s Blushing Bride Blush is a light pink shade with a shimmery finish (just shimmer/shimmer). For me, it has a role, so it’s really “red” but it’s a darker shade of pink.

Tarte Beauty Blush is a red and shimmery shade. To me, it’s too “slight” and has a hint of red compared to the lighter shade of the bride above. I find that I can use this shade more than others because it has more pink and red color (one swipe instead of many).

Tarte’s Captivating Blush is a beautiful peach shade with a shimmery finish. I always thought I wouldn’t pull off a pachy shade that wasn’t too dark because of my fair skin, but the shade works well (if anything, it looks so light when I swipe it!).

Tarte’s Blissful Blush is a light pink shade with a matte finish. For me, it has a peaceful role, but the other dark ones in this post don’t. I would say this is the closest shade (but not a dupe) to my regular NARS shade. I love the shade on days when I’m wearing little but no makeup. Because of the natural glow, it looks natural and beautiful, I don’t seem to wear much makeup.

Tarte’s Dollface Blush is a light pink shade with a matte finish. I refer to this shade as bubblegum pink – it’s a very pink, feminine and pink shade. I wear eyeshadow when I really want to draw attention to my face/skin and on “full glam” days.
