A classic black and white color scheme is both timeless and sophisticated, especially in a Craftsman home. Here, our designers recommend Benjamin Moore’s Black Beauty for siding and Sharon Williams’ West Highland White for trim. The juxtaposition of these two versions creates a striking contrast Finally, wood accents with copper gutters take this attractive design to the next level
The earth tone color palette used by our designers in this artisan home blends perfectly with its natural setting. Ideal for mountain road siding, Sherwin-Williams is enhanced by textured trim in Sherwin-Williams Tricorn Black. After that, stone columns and stairs, a wooden front door, and landscaping emphasized the colors of the new area.
Mountain Road doesn’t just work with dark colors—our designer suggested an earthy palette for this Craftsman home. The muted color of Benjamin Moore’s Manchester Tin used in the columns and trim provides a soothing contrast to the neutral brick and stucco of Mountain Road. From there, our designers used Benjamin Moore’s Dark Age Olive for small details, such as the porch floor, windows and loft trim, which made the design more dynamic.
Exterior Paint Palettes To Suit Every Style Of Home
Sherwin Williams Billion Bronze is our favorite shade of gray because of its warm, saturated feel. Still, the color works well with any home style, and we especially love how it translates to this Craftsman home. Benjamin Moore’s Sipperl is the perfect companion for a warmer and more relaxed interpretation of the traditional black and white exterior color scheme.
It doesn’t get more beautiful than a bungalow-style craftsman home And this color palette is a big part of the home’s curb appeal We are big on using two different colors for the top and bottom of the siding for a colorful design Multiple textures in columns, doors and walkways create an interesting layered feel Our designers went with Benjamin Moore’s Elemental for the underside – a gray green inspired by the surrounding landscape. On the upside, edgy olive brings green and contrasting tones to the face
After a more rustic vibe for your craft home? Our designers achieved the above by using different textures and a stunning color palette The rich color of the Sherwin-Williams iron ore on the siding stands out against the bright trim, painted in simple white by Benjamin Moore. Wood accents give this stunning beauty a rustic feel

If you’re looking to make a statement with your artisan exterior, a bold color like Benjamin Moore’s Black Forest Green should be on your radar. For the above home design, this bold, dark green antique column by Benjamin Moore is accented by neutral revered pewter. Overall, this color scheme strikes a balance between bold and balanced tones
This mood color palette combines two beautiful Benjamin Moore paint colors: Peter River on the main level and Midnight on the upper level. The wood and iron accents on the porch bring out the dark brown of the midnight evening Meanwhile, warm neutral Reversible Pewter siding gives porches and entryways a welcoming feel.

Color Contrasting For The Best Curb Side Appeal
You can’t go wrong with a classic craftsman color scheme! A shade of navy blue gives any home an instantly cozy look and adds lots of extra curb appeal. The navy blue color scheme looks nice as it is, but when homeowners add another color and some text (shown in the photo below) it completes the look and adds tons of visual appeal.
I know you’re probably thinking, Christmas colors are not a good color scheme for a home! But as you can see in the picture below, this color scheme couldn’t be more accurate! When working with the right shade of green (looks like the light gray from the craftsman’s house below) and a strong accent (like the red around the window) you can see that this is the perfect color scheme!
Finding the right color for the perfect “beach look” can be difficult, especially in a craftsman’s home! Again, this car has teal accents, slightly lighter than the previous color scheme Although the rest of the house is painted white, the splash of green here makes the house feel airy, open and perfect for the beach.
Classic Siding Color Schemes For Craftsman Style Homes
Sometimes, when you live in the coldest part of the country, you have to do whatever it takes to heat your home! Do it with warm (but not overpowering) shades of yellow, tan and brown With such clear thoughts, I immediately felt welcome in the lower house Maybe I can convince my brother to choose a similar color scheme for his house since we live in such a cold corner of America!
Here’s another Craftsman home color scheme that would look great in a beach house in the Carolinas! Green has been popular in all things green decor for the past few years and I’m willing to bet that it’s not going away anytime soon. In fact, I predict capital will only grow in popularity! Gray is a perfectly neutral color to feature in your home and you can also add a pop of color by painting your door a cool shade. How great is the Tiffany Blue contrast below! Look!
