If you are trying to ship, you will be sent a ticket telling you what to do and how to receive the package. Most of your package will be spent at your local Royal Mail sorting office awaiting local collection.
Please note: Busy periods ie Halloween, Black Friday sales, Christmas… Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery. We cannot be held responsible for postal delays. Nail Polish Direct shall not be liable for any loss resulting from delay or non-delivery.
For orders over £40 you will receive your delivery via APC, which requires a signature. Delivery is from 8:00 to 16:00. If you don’t show up for an appointment, you’ll be left with a “checkout” to contact the warehouse and arrange a more convenient same-day delivery.
Due to the nature of our products we are unable to offer free delivery to the UK Highlands and Islands, please note this when ordering.

This service means that you should receive the package within a day of ordering. To order using this service, you must order by 4:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday. If your order is received after this time, it will be shipped the next business day. Please note that if you place your order on Friday, you should receive it on Monday.

Prepare your natural nail properly for long-lasting nail polish to ensure the polish adheres. Apply one coat of Infinite Glow Primer. Before applying, shake the permanent nail shade to mix the pigment properly (this will help prevent streaking!). Apply two thin Infinity Rays to each nail.
