Mindful Gray doesn’t really have a clear tone. What I mean by this is that you’re not going to walk into a room painted mindful gray and get a Kermit the Frog feeling of satisfaction.
What you will find in this composition is a hint of brown or beige, which makes Mindful Gray a little lean to gray. However, it still has a gray color. You won’t find annoying yellows or greens when it comes to beiges and grays.
A tube of blue is hidden underneath. This freshness helps balance warmer palettes, such as white trim and yellow wood tones. However, it never looks too blue or cold like some gray.

Small touches of green or purple, but in a way that adds its own unique character. You will not throw the whole pallet in the room.
SW Mindful Gray is very versatile, it can be combined with so many different colors. In fact, it looks great as a wall color when combined with a white finish.
It works with bright whites or lots of smoky whites (Sherwin Williams Alabaster is a popular choice). Mindful Gray also works well in the interior finish and can be combined with white, dark gray or black finishes.

Agreeable Grey, which has an LRV of 60, will reflect more light than Mindful Grey, meaning it will look lighter. Sherwin Williams Agreeable Gray is described by many as “the perfect gray,” as in a color that hits all the notes and balances between gray and beige. As with all gray shades, this foundation is a warm, creamy gray (dare I say agree?).
I would say that Mindful Gray would be best in a single room, while Agreeable Gray would work well in a larger open area or several connected spaces in the house.

Like Repose Grey, Mindful Gray is a color ninja. All grays have a tone and mind gray easily switches between soft purples and soft greens. It also has a more understated and slightly muddy look compared to cooler gray paint colors.
