At first glance, you might think this color is too dark for a lake house, but hear me out. Any shade of blue looks great on a lake house exterior because there is another element in blue that surrounds the environment.
The only time I can avoid this kind of darkness is if you have a lake house with a forest setting with large trees shading the house. It still looks great on a bright sunny day, but can look awful on gray and rainy days. Every other environment is enhanced by the gentleman’s gray.
This is a color that you can use in your lake house, interior or exterior. It’s very coastal and looks like it belongs on a lake, doesn’t it? It is an interesting color that changes with the light. Sometimes it leans a little more towards blue, but other times you see hints of green. It always has that wonderful gray undertone that keeps colors from looking too bright. And if you have a lot of colors around, don’t worry. This color plays well with everything.

This polish has strong tropical vibes, but it’s actually a navy that’s on the lighter side. If you’re really committed to blue, but feel like Hell Navy and Gentleman’s Gray are too deep for you, this might be the color for you. It’s still very saturated, but has more lightness overall.
