All About Exterior Stain
Before I get into my take on the new formula, let me make something clear: there is nothing wrong with repurposing a product. In fact, that should be a good thing, especially if it’s an improvement (it should be seen as an obvious reason to fix the product). Although I am not satisfied with the new result, there must be reasons for my disappointment.
Sherwin-Williams SuperDeck light stain formulas are different enough to give an accurate prediction. The concentration of the liquid is very low viscosity, like black coffee (small bubbles caused by the habit of shaking the cans before opening). This is where the real oil stain comes in: very thin, clear/transparent product.

Accidentally Used Interior Stain For My Deck
