This is a great way to learn. Easy to install and great design. I made 14 feet long by gluing the 2 7′ sections together. The instructions are well written, but I noticed that your gauges are in the middle of the rail, especially when doing double turns. I found it easiest to measure to the end of the rail. I then nailed it to the wall and attached it to the rail and used a square and tape to mark the remaining holes. Had to add extra distance. Second, please check the quality of the equipment. Screws, Nuts, Bolts and Lags. I have lag during installation and it’s not due to compression. You are not the only company with this problem. I often buy furniture because of poor quality. After going around the track 11 three times, I found that the door did not fit on the 2 piece rail because of the thickness of the plastic disc and the door did not slide off the rails. (Finished removing them) Fourth and last. On the triple hinged door, I noticed that the door was not close to the hinge. This allows the door rollers to slide and track the hinges. (The problem was solved by adding 2 washers between the rail and the spacer.
Overall I am very happy with the tracks. Well built supports. A triple squat is 300 pounds and I’m close to that weight. I couldn’t move it. All doors roll easily and look great. I want to post pictures for you. These hinged doors are 3/4 inch thick tongue and groove pine and are approximately 45 inches wide. They are not small. They look great
